“Anti-ageing” covers a genuinely wide range of concerns — expression lines, overall skin laxity, volume loss, dullness — and no single treatment addresses all of them. Our approach starts with identifying which of these is actually driving what you see in the mirror.
The main categories we work with
Expression lines (forehead lines, crow’s feet, frown lines) respond well to Botox, which relaxes the specific muscles causing repeated creasing. Skin laxity — a less defined jawline, early sagging — is better addressed by energy-based treatments like HIFU or Vivace MNRF, which stimulate your own collagen rather than relaxing muscle activity. Volume loss in the cheeks or under the eyes is a different concern again, addressed with dermal fillers or skin boosters depending on whether you want structural volume or an overall hydration improvement.
Why the distinction matters
Using the wrong category of treatment for your actual concern is the most common reason people feel anti-ageing treatment “didn’t work” — Botox won’t tighten loose skin, and a skin-tightening device won’t soften a deep expression line the way a muscle relaxant does. A proper consultation identifies which of these is actually your priority before recommending a specific treatment or combination.
Building a realistic plan
Most people benefit from a combination approach built up gradually rather than one dramatic intervention — and a good plan should be honest about what’s achievable non-surgically versus what would need a surgical opinion for more advanced concerns.
